A new administrative function - strictly for Housing in Nigeria is
best way forward. The role of the administration provide a frame work
for handling complain regarding house-hold property and businesses, and
for creating the need for better houses, need for easy management of
public and private Portfolio.
A housing complex
involves State and National binding measures, especially it's effort in
creating affordable living conditions. Nigerian Housing Authority which
include the Nigerian Association for Contracts, members of City, State
and Federal construct.
Nigeria seem to have made great
strides in Real estate and affordable housing. With the rise of
demographic, the need for 200 thousand pieces of single homes and 3-bed
commercial houses, the administrative function of a Ministry for Housing
in Nigeria become important.
Am encouraged that a
new administrative deal on housing in Nigeria is necessary given the
competitive of the market and international interest.
