Binghampton is wasteful. Nobody gets paid by the county and the State of New York.
Federal Housing is not a fund for this community.
Empty the D.S.S housing in Binghampton and Randy and Wards Islands here, they can't manage the county.
Hotels are very bad in the district and take code and permits for Binghampton. Buildings are poor.....
